The automatic weighing and packing machine is mainly composed of storage hopper, feeding hopper, weighing sensor, weighing hopper, discharge gate, discharge hopper and other parts to cooperate with each other to complete feeding, weighing, and unloading actions to realize automatic packaging of materials.
When the material in the storage hopper of the automatic weighing and packing machine is sufficient, it enters the gravity feeding device under the action of gravity, and fully opens the material door to enter the large feeding state. When it reaches the given large feed weight, close the feed door, leave a slit, and enter the small feed state. When the given small feed weight is reached, the feed door is completely closed, and the weighing hopper is stable after a certain amount of air blanking. And when the bag clamping mechanism is clamped, the unloading door is opened, and the material enters the discharge hopper, and then falls into the bag to complete a packaging cycle.
According to the actual weight after each filling, the automatic weighing and packing machine uses a feedback control algorithm to calculate the small feed weight in the next packaging cycle, and controls this weight so that the entire system can automatically adjust back to the target weight.
